5. Refund Policy

5.1 Live Courses

Requests for a full refund must be made within 7 days of purchase and before any session access. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Participants may transfer their enrollment to another session if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled start date. No refund is available once a session has begun due to preparation and resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

Digital content may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the material has been accessed or downloaded. Approved returns are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days. No return is possible after the access threshold is exceeded, as content delivery is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges for other items are available by contacting us through our contact form. Customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Live sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if a request is received at least 5 days prior to the start date. Requests made later incur a credit equal to 50% of the session fee, redeemable for a future date. No credit or refund is offered after the session begins. In the event that Certalyvonne cancels a session, participants may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
